Please be aware that this is not a review, as I have never had this figure in hand. The pictures were provided by Ben from BWTF.com and I have reviewed other versions of this toy, which are are linked below for reference.
Remarks: Deep Dive is a straight-up repaint of Hunt for the Decepticons Sea Spray, whom I have previously reviewed. Nothing has changed except the coloring. Deep Dive was part of the second wave of Reveal the Shield Voyager Class figures and his distribution was poor, to say the last, going from being sold in online stores directly to discount stores. And... yeah, that's pretty much it. It's a bit weird that this Movie-based Autobot with zero media presence was in the nostalgia-driven Reveal the Shield line, while the (more or less) G1-based Seaspray was in the Movie-based Hunt for the Decepticons line, but there was little logic to be found in Hasbro's line distribution during that time.
