As someone who owns the original Triggerbots & -cons from G1 and loved their gimmick, I was happy to see Crankcase again. He is a good robot generally speaking, but lacks the trigger gimmick, having only a sorry excuse for his old-school schoulder guns. Also, the front wheels in vehicle mode look terrible and I'm not sure about the bumber-rifle, either. Bottom line: a decent Transformer, but not a good homage.

Als jemand der die originalen G1 Triggerbots und -cons besaß, habe ich mich sehr auf Crankcase gefreut. Er ist generell gesehen eine gute Figur, allerdings fehlt ihm das Trigger Gimmick, stattdessen gibt's nur ein paar recht armselige Schulterkanonen. Außerdem sehen die Vorderräder im Fahrzeugmodus echt mies aus und das Stoßstangen-Gewehr finde ich auch nicht so toll. Unterm Strich also: als generischer TF okay, aber keine gute Hommage.
