The war seemed to be over. The Autobots had driven the Decepticons off into deep space. The Earth and Cybertron were both safe. But peace does not last. There is Bludgeon, who rallies the remaining Decepticons aboard his giant spaceship Warworld. There is Megatron, rebuilt by the terrorist organization Cobra and more powerful than ever. There is the Empire, a star-spanning war machine of Cybertronians who consider both Autobots and Decepticons to be outdated concepts. And finally, there is the threat of the Swarm.

Generation 2 never made it to the TV screen, only the comic book pages. It started out with lots of reissued G1 figures, but introduced a lot of new toys as well. And despite the fact that the line as a whole wasn't exactly a success, some of those figures were pretty good. Here are the ones we have reviewed.
